soundboard and production equipment, troubleshooting, reporting on realtime emergencies in local
region, answering studio hotline, etc
Show production: developing, researching, citing, outlining, audio and text editing,
clip-cutting,
swear-censoring, file-converting, content-arranging, fact-checking (I pride myself on my ability
to
interrogate a source)
Show promotion and media: writing up show notes, maintaining show webpage’s literature, editing
and
publishing previously-aired shows, adding corrections to mistakes, cross-promoting related
podcasts
and radio shows (no adwork, just recommendations)
Current production stack (always willing to take on new programs): Audacity, Ardour, FFMPEG,
Krita,
Quicktime, VLC, Hedgedoc (Markdown notes webapp–you might want to consider switching from
Evernote).
OS is Linux, with virtual machines for Mac and PC as needed. Our website https://thetruthissoboring.org/ is a selfhosted Wordpress instance, but
we’re
transitioning to Hugo soon, all maintenence and development performed by my partner and I.

Customer service: corresponding with customers wrt order entry, payment, shipping regulations
and procedures, shipping time, delays, schedule re-arrangements, tech support for drivers and
office
Dispatch and Logistics: keeping track of individual contractors’ status in fleet, training new
drivers on-the-job, receiving delivery orders, assigning orders to drivers, handling
emergencies, etc
Medical and TSA: facilitating the shipping of perishable medical supplies (blood, samples,
live organs, etc), adhering to all cargo regulations on dangerous goods (we shipped a lot of dry
ice), adhering to HIPAA, maintaining TSA certification for handling/inspecting warehouse cargo,
following Known Shipper and Indirect Air Carrier protocols
